Pilates can help relieve back pain, general body wear and tear, stress, balance issues or used as injury prevention in your fitness regime. Pilates is a low impact movement technique that is respectful to joint range to help maintain healthy and supple joint movements.
Pilates is an empowering form of exercise. You will start to feel your body zip up and lift, holding yourself tall, unraveling tight spots and overall finding more freedom of movement with fewer aches and pains. By channeling your concentration to just your movements in class, Pilates is a great way to relieve unwanted stress and tension. The exercises will be challenging, but never exhausting, to help you feel energised and lighter on your feet for the rest of the day.
